19 N Salem Rd 2nd Floor, Cross River“UPDATE: The remaining part of the project was installed this morning. I' very happy with the whole project now. This contractor offers a great selection of wood flooring. The owner Greg is personable and very helpful. His installers are skillful and efficient -- and very nice. The flooring is beautiful and a perfect match to my existing floors. The reason for my 3-star rating is because a thin transition strip (to finish the break between carpet and the flooring) -- which was quoted on and paid for -- is yet to be installed. Between December 20th and today (February 3) it was scheduled 3 or 4 times and each time there was a reason why they could not come by to install it on the scheduled dates. My fault for not holding back some of my payment until it was completely finished, but lesson learned.“
