Hello, i have had nothing short of perfect surgical experience .dr.joel buchalter is an amazing surgeon and very nice person. Also in 1991 he repaired my left rotator cause and performed surgery and feels great.

I've had 2 knee replacements and a hip and those experiences were very good. But the office staff only answer the phone 1 in 10 tries. I have also been treated for pain management with Dr. Carlesi and he has been excellent. The problem is getting someone to respond to an online appointment request, which they hype how easy it is to schedule an appointment online 24 hrs a day. I started Monday morning trying to get an appointment online and have called twice and still NOT SINGLE PERSON HAS EMAILED ME OR EVEN CALLED!!!!!!
