The store manager in Carle Place, Ellen could not be nicer in accommodating me in every way and Maria who I have been following for more than 20 years since she is very talented in hair cuts/blow outs and get many complements after she gets done with me. Highly recommend!

Out of town on business and suddenly my hair was annoying. Haven't been to a supercuts in years mostly from quality of service or wait time or stylist not really listening to what I wanted. When they popped up on my google search for a barber close to where I've been staying I decided why not. The online booking system super easy to use and it didn't require me to create an account. When I showed up for my time I was taken right in zero wait, in fact 5 minutes earlier! The stylist Jeanette did a great job! The visit changed my perception of Supercuts in the future.

i’ve come here before and always ask for the same haircut and it has always been great until yesterday. i always ask for an undercut and to have them shave a 1 to 2 on the sides and fade it to the top and keep the top long but just take it down by an inch or so. at first she cut it weird and shaved the very bottom of the sides and back but kept it still very long on the rest of the sides, i told her again to do a 1 to a 2 on the sides and back and fade it up to the line. she said “but its long on the top” and i had to tell her that its an undercut and to do the 1 to 2 on the sides and fade it. she shaved a 1 all the way to the top and didn’t fade at all and left...read full review
