Great company! I used their fuel oil for 6 years while living in an apartment. Both office and fuel delivery employees were so thoughtful and kind! Great service! Thanks for keeping the north country warm in the winter!

I cannot express my gratitude for this company. My tenant ran out of fuel on a Friday evening. I called our normal fuel people and they weren't delivering anything over the weekend. I then started calling numbers in the area about an emergency delivery, same response from everyone and that was no new customers on the weekend. Frustrated beyond belief that I was 800 miles away and feeling helpless I tried one last number. Y'all showed up exactly when you said which was the travel time to Massena and not only put oil in the tank but bled the line and got heat in the house. Thank you so much for not only doing the job but for being kind and understanding on the phone during this difficult situation.
