My son needed his charging port fixed. He dropped by after school and was given an immediate (reasonable) quote on time and money. He indicates that the person in charge was pleasant, personable, and professional. Upon returning, he found that the work had hit an unexpected snag, but was immediately referred to someone who could complete the needed repairs more effectively, and no money was expected for the consult. Having someone local who is willing to work with people on short notice and be honest about their capabilities and helpful even when they don't personally gain from it is encouraging. We will happily work with this business in the future.

This is a review for my son Eric Key. I helped him start his business and spent time making several trips to New York to help him, building display shelves, a service counter, and doing electrical work. Since then, he has built and repaired numerous computers, iPads, and Security Systems for myself and other members of the family. His workmanship has always been excellent and very professional. He has helped diagnose and fix virus attacks and brought storage systems back to life. He recently installed a solid state 1 terabyte hard drive unit in my 6 year old HP laptop and it has worked flawlessly. While doing remodeling in his shop I was able to witness several stressed out customers come in with either lost file problems or virus related issues. Eric was able to calm them down and assured them he would do everything necessary to solve their problems, which he did. I realize some customers can be nasty, unrealistic, and demanding. But he has handled most of those situations far more courteously than I would have. My wife (his mother) and I do reviews and/or answer product questions for Lowe's,Amazon, Home Depot, and such, and it is very difficult to keep from challenging the intelligence of people. I have never seen him belittle anyone or treat them badly. If you do have a problem, he will readily assist in rectifying the situation in a professional manner. In a side note, he did not ask for or knows of this review by me.

Kyle is the ultimate life saver, my computer crashed over the weekend in the middle of a college homework assignment. I have a MacBook Pro so I had called apple support and spent over an hour trying to problem solve, by the end of the conversation, the apple support guy had told me it was the hard drive that needed replacing, and that I have lost all my data and their was essentially no hope to saving anything. I was extremely upset as my whole life is on my computer. Kyle found a simple fix on my computer and was able to save all my data and also backed it up for me. He definitely went above and beyond and I would recommend this local business to anyone and everyone!
