They started the work EARLY, and finished a day before our deadline. Randy kept in constant communication about even the smallest details, and ALWAYS came through for us, even when we asked some unrelated questions about the house. Each of his team members working in our new home was warm, friendly, and very accommodating when we had to move in and while we were trying to get set up. “My husband and I have rented from Gary for the past 3 years and our apartment was one to get hit by the tornado on Barlow St. After being displaced, Gary expeditiously replaced the roof that was blown off during the event. Like many of the residents on Barlow St we lost a great deal and the whole time Gary showed empathy and kindness in an effort to get us back into the apartment ASAP. My husband and I are both in education in a neighboring district and Gary has pulled out all the stops in an effort to get us back in before the start of the school year.
