I had a rodent problem that I was trying to mitigate myself. When the problem got too big, I called Optimum. They were responsive to my questions and the tech, Mike, was awesome! Friendly, understanding and fair. I could have called a cheaper company but i believe you get what you pay for. I was correct. I recommend Optimum!

Optimum took care of two problems for me. I recommend them for any bug problems you may have.I had a bed bug problem. I used a different company that charged me $270 for inspection. They were not able to find the source of the problem. Then, I reached out to the Optimum.They sent a technician within 5 days for a free-of-charge inspection. He was very knowledgeable and could find the source of the problem within 10 minutes. He also confirmed it was limited to one room. I needed help moving the furniture around, and the technician took care of it.
