Living in country you learn that flying pests are gonna happen but when you are inundated with them we needed some help! Mike was great..he called when he was on his way and explained what he was going to do and I’m thrilled with the result…lots of dead stink bugs, box elders and lady bug looking bugs on our porch and back deck so we know the application worked. Optimum took care of two problems for me. I recommend them for any bug problems you may have. I had a bed bug problem. I used a different company that charged me $270 for inspection. They were not able to find the source of the problem. Then, I reached out to the Optimum. They sent a technician within 5 days for a free-of-charge inspection. He was very knowledgeable and could find the source of the problem within 10 minutes. He also confirmed it was limited to one room. I needed help moving the furniture around, and the technician took care of it. The treatment provided by Optimum got rid of the bed bugs. I had a problem with spiderwebs everywhere and other outdoor bugs. I signed up for the outdoor treatment twice a year. The first one was done late fall, and so far, I don't see any bugs or spiderwebs.
This was our first year with Optimum after our previous exterminator stopped servicing our area. Also this is the first fall treatment that we have had. We will be checking the results. But so far the service was great and am looking forward to working with Optimum.
