We had about 10-15 different quotes for a new roof. Jason was upfront and honest. He included work that others didn't that made the difference for us like bathrooms vents (not one other contractor even suggested this), replaced a seamless gutter, a way for water to divert around the chimney (also no one else suggested this) and upgraded the shingles to a premium quality product with a great warranty. He did the estimate on Friday and by the time we got home from work on Tuesday they were done. Jason answered all my questions in a timely manner, even on the weekend. Late fall and in need of a roof I came across Syracuse Custom Quality Roofing as many of my neighbors used them. I reached out to Jason; upon the appointment he walked me through the entire process. He then provided me a detailed quote that spelled out what products would be put on and any optional items. He was professional, courteous and listened to my concerns. He added those items into the quote. In addition to the quote, he provided a detailed list of references including roof color selected.
