Family Care Medical Group Review - 5700 W. Genesee St. Suite 109.Fantastic doctors, abysmal office staff and unprofessional nurses, specifically Michelle.When you call this place you better hope the schedulers are in a good mood. Otherwise you’re in for it.Michelle is the rudest and least professional RN (or whatever her credentials are) I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. It’s unreal that someone like this keeps their job or that no one stops her and talks to her about her demeanor on the phone.I’m sick of it. This is for the family care medical group doctor's office in this complex. They are the most unorganized, least communicative office I have ever experienced. I have asked them repeatedly to remove certain phone numbers from their records, they have also obtained numbers from people to reach me at without my consent, they do not communicate when appointments such as MRIs or follow ups are until two days before them, they never consult you about scheduling appointments for you and if they do they ignore your availability all together.The doctors prescribe you meds that are pregnancy safe and will keep you on them even though you are having a severe reaction to them simply...read full review

This review is for the Family Medical Care Group Office in this medical center and them only. The secretary who answers the phone for scheduling appointments is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and should not be giving out medical advice over the phone. I was turned away for the pain I was in because my doctor was out of the office. I was given no alternatives other than to go to my gynecologist because of where the pain was located even though, I knew and told her it was nothing to do with that.
