My wife’s neurologist suggested that we get her left eye checked by an ophthalmologist due to an increase of floaters, halos and overall blurry vision. I called the CNY Ophthalmology office the next day around 2:00pm to try to schedule an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and stated that she would be able to get us in at 3:00pm. We were shocked but excited to get in so soon! She double checked that we wouldn’t have to pay anything with our insurance and let us know to get there early to fill out paperwork.Everyone was extremely pleasant at the office while they performed the eye exam to see the condition of her optic nerves.
