They seem unprofessional and are difficult to reach. I contacted this company Monday 9/18 to inquire about renting some tables and chairs for an event I wanted to host. The person I spoke to told me that they had availability and I should text the phone number with my email so they could send me an invoice, which I did. I didn't hear anything back by the next day, so I reached out again. No answer to multiple calls. I waited another day and sent an email, to which I received no response. Being that my event was getting closer, I went ahead and booked with another company. I called this place I found from Google for my birthday party Saturday July 29th he told me to text him with my email address I did. I waited for 2 hrs never received an email. I called him back and I said I didn’t get and email he explain to me that he is busy I said okay I understand but I just wanted to confirm if I will have the chairs for tomorrow (Saturday) I also said if not I can call someone else he quickly said okay you can call someone else if you like… that was rude. I have a lot of family and I will surely tell them about this. Great customer service sir… smh

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon delivery one of the tables were broken but I didn't make a big deal of it because it was an extra and probably wouldn't have mentioned it in a review had I not had this experience today. The table and chairs I ordered were scheduled for pick up at 10am. By 12:30 I had not heard from anyone and was still in possession of the items. I called the number listed on my invoice and was utterly surprised by the manner which this man felt it was okay to speak to anyone, especially while conducting business.
