Very impressed with Mike and the installation of our on demand water heater. I was with him for the whole installation, asking questions as well as watching and learning. He was very professional. I'd give him way more than 5 stars if I could. He also had to remove our hot water tank as it was leaking out the bottom. He also took out our unneeded water softener as well as redoing some pipes. He cleaned up everything as well as vacuuming up any mess. I highly recommend him and will be calling him for future repairs around the house. Thanks again Mike! I enjoyed our conversations as well!
Mike has been doing this work since 2018 but let me tell you the knowledge this guy has and the amazing work he does would make it seem as if he has been doing it longer. He’s very professional and kind. He went above and beyond for my family to make sure we had what we needed to have done so fast. It was much appreciated. He deserves to have more than 5 stars but sadly 5 stars is all that can be given. If you’re looking for anything to be done with water heaters etc, northern repair & design llc is the place to go! His price is also very reasonable and so worth the price!
