The staff, including phlebotomists like Alicia, are known for their care and respect towards patients, answering any questions they may have and causing minimal pain or bruising during procedures. The S.H.E. Clinic offers specialized care for girls and women with heavy menstruation due to bleeding disorders. The clinic, including the parking and waiting room, is described as clean, spacious, and calming. There is a play area for children and the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, making patients feel like they are the only person in the building. At Western New York BloodCare, clinic visits are thorough, professional, and friendly. The staff, such as Andrew Worster, have knowledge of patients' histories and current visits, and take their jobs seriously. Overall, the clinic provides a comfortable and reassuring experience for patients seeking hematology care.

WNY BloodCare's comprehensive care clinical team helps manages care to avoid the delay, stress and costs associated with emergency room visits and hospital admissions. Our S.H.E. Clinic offers hematologist and gynecologist to evaluate and treat girls and women with heavy menstruation due to a bleeding disorder.
