My husband and I were long time patients at this dental office. They were on the preferred list with our dental insurance company with negotiated fees so our co-pays were lower. Recently they no longer want to accept dental insurance so my husband had to make a payment of $165.00 with no advance notice. They said they would submit to the insurance company so we would be reimbursed. They sent it in wrong and the chec received was for $50.00, which is their negotiated fee. We are entitled to the full amount of $165.00 and they refuse to resubmit so I will have to appeal myself. Sorry for the long story.
