    Very welcoming and unassuming group of people that practice the long form (108 moves) of the exercise. Great for balance and muscle tone as well as meditative and calming. Recommend it highly. The instructors are very helpful and work to make sure all level of fitness is addressed.

    Excellent, welcoming instructors and community of students. Whatever your body size, ability, aches/pains, etc., they will help you improve your strength & balance in a supportive, gentle way.

    Instructors are knowledgeable welcoming, accommodating, and at a high level of teaching. Though not a fighting martial arts, it is still rooted in the martial arts tradition; concentrating on health and wellness for any age.
