We hired T-Mark to install a high efficiency ductless system for heating and cooling. We couldn't be happier with the product and the service T-Mark provided. We first spoke to Rose in the office, who couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. Ian Donnelly (the project manager) was extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and just an all around nice guy. Tom O'Connor (the technician) gave 5 star service in the installation, including how he took care in the way he worked inside our home, answering questions and walking us through the usage. Needed someone to come today and check electrical problem I was having. T Mark sent Dylan out to check everthing out. He checked it out and took his time to make sure there wasn’t a problem. Fixed what needed to be repaired. He did a through job. Would call T Mark again .
