I went to this location for a balance and rotation, after calling and being told they can get me in. I show to be told it would be a “few hours” by “Tim”. I said “That’s fine I’ll wait”.
The Tim comes back out and tells me, actually it can’t be done today and I’ll need to make an appointment, and he misheard his fellow employee.
Then I went inside to talk to this employee. Rob then tells me “Tim misheard what I said”. I’m not sure how he misheard you that bad, but this place is absolutely sketchy. Would not recommend taking your car here for anything after this interaction.

The place was clean, the attendant was polite, and service was adequate. However, the costs were astronomical! $159 for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation (with is generally included with an oil change) , and $40 for 2 windshield wipers! This is the mostI have ever paid for this Service! I will not return!Service: Oil change
