Recently our sump pump broke and we had minor flooding in the basement. We called Shotwell Plumbing, who we've used several times and alway have a good experience. The tech came the next day, replaced it with a much better pump including the plumbing for a reasonable price. Shame on me for not remembering his name! He was fast and friendly as always! I highly recommend Shotwell !

We have used Shotwell Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from installation of a sump pump and "bubbler" to the curb, a new hot water tank and toilet, installation of a new lawn drain and regular sink clearing. Kim manages the office and appointments in a very timely way and Rob as a master plumber does each job with expertise and efficiency.

The only plumber I call is Shotwell. My grandpa always used them, I started using them. I’ve been in my house for 17 years and the only plumber that’s been here is Shotwell. They replied to my recent Sunday VM on Monday morning and the problem was fixed by 1pm on Tuesday. Call Shotwell!
