As an owner, firing Jim Lawson was the most productive decision for all parties involved.
He can't charge "management fees" when he's fired.

Very bad. I was a foreign investor and went by review with RPM buffalo.
Agent Jim Lawson assisted with my property, never passed information on my property on time, cheated me and the tenant for the 1st month rent. Never did a proper inspection on the property, tenant complained to us directly that the property manager never came to the property after he received the money. Never prompt on email and hardly responses. A big no to RPM buffalo and Jim Lawson.
