Geez, how does a business get all 5-stars? By doing a great job! Grant it, mine was not a large job, but an important one. Shortly before Taylor was to arrive, my daughter had an emergency medical issue. I called Taylor, asked for an additional ten, fifteen minutes, and without hesitation he said that was fine. When he arrived he presented himself as a professional, listened to what I wanted, explained what he would do, and quickly completed the job. Along with a fair price I could not ask for more

I contacted Taylor from PBM Plumbing to replace two shut off valves, remove a garbage disposal/reroute kitchen drains, and install a reverse osmosis water filtration system. He responded that same day and we scheduled a free estimate. Taylor showed up on time, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and emailed me an estimate shortly thereafter. He's a really friendly guy, extremely knowledgeable, and his prices are very reasonable. He showed up on time to perform the work and completed everything in the timeframe he gave me.
