After getting a young kitten for the very first time, my mind was bombarded with questions and fear of the unknown. Thankfully, I was able to speak with the McClelland staff and schedule a new patient appointment with no problem. When we arrived, we were quickly greeted with a friendly welcome. All the staff members were attentive and courteous. Dr. Carrig provided a thorough exam on our kitten, while answering our questions and fully addressing our concerns. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, and passionate about his profession. We know we are in great care in his hands and look forward to many years of visiting McClelland! 10/10 for outstanding service!
I feel like my dog is well cared for, treated very well, prices are fair, they answer all my questions in detail and explain why they are making a recommendation. They offer options when available and explain each options pros and cons to help me make the best decision.
I went because that's the hospital the animal shelter used, I will keep going because they have been great to us.
Top-notch. Very caring and thorough. Excellent and compassionate. The absolute best! They have taken great care of two of our dogs over more than ten years. They have seen us through difficult times with professionalism and compassion. Could not ask for more.
