I cannot thank McClelland Animal Hospital enough for saving our Khloe! I wanted to give a special thank you to Dr. Carrig and Dr. Souza for taking the time to explain the process and being able to see my dog quickly and getting the surgery done same day! I cannot say enough good things about McClelland Small Animal Hospital. I found them because I got my first dog at the Buffalo animal shelter, and they were recommended to me by them. I’ve been going to them for at least 10 years now. . They see hundreds of animals a week, and they always make my animals and me feel very special and cared for. I love to go see them. They almost feel like family to me now. I think the world of Dr. Carrie, and Rebecca, their groomer. I am very lucky to have found them all those years ago.
When I drove to Buffalo to pick up my gorgeous shelter dog, he was supposed to be neutered. They let me know that he had contracted kennel cough and would need to recover from that and we optimistically scheduled for a month later. Fast forward, we drove back to Buffalo and they explained his aftercare, sent me home with pain meds and got me right back on the road to beat rush hour. Murphy acts like nothing happened, he hasn’t missed a beat, the only thing bothering him is the surgical suit and recovery collar we’re making him wear.
