Started working with LBC in Nov of 2018, signed a contract and paid a deposit. After several months of missed deadlines and ZERO work being completed, a refund was promised back in May of 2019. Six weeks went by with zero responses from attempts to reach the company by email, text and phone call. Again recently a promise of the refund was made but 2 weeks later again no refund. We are having to result to filing with small claims court to hope to get any action by the company. For anyone considering this company expect long delays, many missed deadlines, poor communication and consider yourself lucky if any work is completed at all.
