Mark is a dishonest accountant, he advised me in buying a $24m company and offered no due diligence. I found that out of $11m in inventory $4m was obsolete or defective. Marks unethical practice led my company to go bankrupt and caused me to loose $3m. If I can post a negative 5 stars I would. Don't trust Mark Kane!
