I had a great experience with the whole JK Schwartz team...from scheduling the appointment for an estimate to the last finishing touches on the finished project, you could just tell that this was a small family business in which each one of them took pride in their work. My deck is over 30 yrs old and was pretty neglected, but extremely well used. JK Schwartz is a true RENOVATING CO. They're not just someone with a power washer and a can of stain. They came out and power washed, inspected, replaced boards as needed, sanded the entire deck, masked the house to protect from over spray, and put 2 coats of the recommended deck stain on for an aged deck.
