The work itself was very good.Scheduling is an issue, 2 hours late and no call to explain why.When I called they simply replied someone else wanted to go first because they had to go to work. I guess they didn't consider my schedule so I ended up cancelling my medical appointment that I ended up paying for because I canceled the same day. I didn't have enough time to get there.After speaking to a good friend, she explained the same thing happened to her. It took three months for them to get to her after she gave a deposit.But again, the quality of the work was very good, thus the 4 stars.
