Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with. I called him at 8pm in desperate need of a plumber to get my water back on due to the shut off valve on my water hose line being non existent and the threads on the piping corroding so bad that I was unable to screw my water hose spigot back onto the pipe. After a few minutes of talking with Jim I knew he was the right guy for the job. He came over promptly and got my water back on for me that night! After further reviewing my water hose line he informed that he’d be able to replace the line, add a shut off valve, and add a frost free hose bib for a very affordable price. Jim saved my bathroom! We had a leak under our tub which caused damage to our neighbor below and had us out of a bathroom for a few days. Jim response time was immaculate. While on the job, he made sure to explain the issue, what work he would be doing and ensured the problem was resolved before he left. So it's 1245 am, the night before 2022 Xmas blizzard, and there is water pouring out from the wall under my bathroom sink. At 1:09 Jim was there, and fixed everything (wall valve, water supply to sink, trap replacement) by 225. The midnight service call was only $89. He was professional, timely, neat and thorough. I've hired him already for another job. Cannot recommend this gentleman enough.
