They are all friendly and efficient. Have a problem they are there. My air conditioner wasn’t working Friday. And with this heat we needed it lol. So I called and they were there 2 hours later and it was fixed. I’m so glad I switched to HeatWave

Air conditioning suddenly went on the fritz during the hottest day of the year here in Buffalo! Heatwave provided very fast and excellent service; Barry was a great estimator and co-installer. The system wasn’t cheap, to be sure, but I feel like we got a fair deal. Highly recommended :)

Heatwave has been easy to work with, professional and courteous in all of my dealings with them. I wish more companies had customer service like them and would recommend them to anyone with a heating and/or cooling need.
