Having been a customer of Gotta Hair Design for 27 years, my family and I have never had an issue with the service at this salon. The salon is very clean and the owner is very professional with all of his clients. He has always done his best to accommodate and reschedule under extenuating circumstances. Not sure why the harsh review from the one person below.

I have been going to this salon for almost 30 years and the owner is an excellent business person. He has been very professional with his suggestions on color and hair styles and what works best for me. Can't say anything bad about him and obviously if I didn't care for his business I wouldn't have gone to him for so long!
