Their website is welcoming and provides details about the stylists to help you choose who might be the best fit for you. Scheduling was easy and I really liked the questionnaire about your hair and your hair goals. My communication with Mercedes prior to my appointment was great! Elysian Salon was amazing!! Mercedes was so kind and did an amazing job with my hair! I absoluty love it. The salon environment is relaxing and very welcoming. I recently moved to Buffalo and was nervous to find someone new to cut my hair.... but I am so happy I found Elsyian and more than happy with how my hair turned out! I will definitely be back ?
