My appointment was on time, and very quick. The woman whom completed my taxes was very helpful and informative. She attended to everything I needed to address and was friendly and cheerful. My first time ever using EG tax (i went to a competitor in the past) and found my experience at EG to be faster, less hassle and cheaper then competitors.

Filing taxes can be a complex and frustrating experience because most people have different circumstances. If an overflowing parking lot and heavy schedule for appointments are any indicator, E G Tax is at the top of the list.
