Pleasant professional staff. Dr. Hannah Medwin is great at answering questions and teaching. After the exam you feel like you know your eyes and what you need to do to keep them healthy.

Thank goodness for Dr Medwin and the amazing staff at this LensCrafters location in Blasdell NY. After years of dealing with the pain of frequent corneal abrasions/scratches, Dr Medwin is the first optometrist (out of many not from LensCrafters) to actually listen to me and discover the source. She has gone above and beyond calling specialists and my pharmacy to ensure my treatment is expedited. She really cares. I’m always able to get an appointment immediately. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experiences at this location. Kudos to LensCrafters, I hope you appreciate your staff as much as I do.

Very pleasant experience overall! From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out! The Dr was great and the woman who helped us pick out my kids glasses is always top notch professional and extremely nice! She is the biggest reason we went back to LensCrafters!
