Kelli with Customer Svc went above and beyond to help me. When the earring I ordered wasn't staying in my ear, she sent alternative options to see if that worked. Sadly it didn't but Kelli was quick to always answer my questions and quickly refunded me. I don't give reviews but this customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Kelli!

Hi, I wanted to thank Kelli from Body Candy for assisting me with a return and crediting my bank account for the amount of a purchase that was somehow made from my daughters phone.. My daughter received a promotional email or text for a 40% off coupon from Body Candy. She clicked on it but didn't buy anything and moved onto other sites on her phone as we all generally do when just looking around on the internet. Next thing you know there is a charge on my debit card for quite a bit of jewelry that my daughter didn't order. I emailed Body Candy and they responded immediately. At first my bank reversed the charges but yesterday I saw that they reinstated the charge on my account even after I had sent them a long explanation of what had happened as they had requested. I also sent them emails between Kelli and myself which I realize now did not get delivered because my fax reports read E))1 or smething like that which means there was no answer in the claims and disputes section of my bank when I complied with their request. I emailed Kelli right away (08/06/2021) and told her what happened with the bank and she said she found my invoice and put in for a refund which I am to receive in 7 to 10 business days. Kelli stayed on top of the issue the entire time and I felt secure that somehow I would be getting my money back either through my bank or through Body Candy. Thank you Kelli for being so concientious and for your tremendous customer service!!!

Body Candy is my favorite place to order jewelry! I've been ordering from them for over 10 years! They have a huge selection and their prices are so affordable. I almost never have any trouble with my orders, but I recently made a purchase that did not arrive when it was supposed to, so I reached out to the customer service team. Kaitlyn made sure that I got a new order shipped out and it came within a few days! She was super friendly, understanding & solved my problem for me right away. I recommend Body Candy to all of my pierced friends!!
