I've been visiting Cowpok for years for all my piercings and jewelry. There is *no* competition as far as I'm concerned. The professionalism, cleanliness, and jewelry selection are absolutely top-notch! I will not go anywhere else!

I have been pierced at the both locations- first with Trevor at the Williamsville in location for my bridge in 2021 for a second time ( first was over a decade ago at a different studio in Rochester ) - appointment and consultation went great , jewelry selection was straight forward - he was confident in his approach to an old piercing / scar tissue- the piercing healed beautifully . 2025- Ive come back and was recently pierced with anna at the elmwood location - let me tell ya-consultation was thorough, and collaborative. I had such an easy going experience at CowPok. I came in for a piercing, and Anna was my piercer! They were extremely professional and straight to the point, while also making me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They are definitely going to be my new go to! I have 12 piercings total, and they were by far the best i have ever gone to!
Update: I have been back several times to Anna and everytime, they have been so amazing and soo accommodating. Very quick and to the point while giving you all of the needed info. They have made every experience an amazing one! The people up front are always very nice too and always answer any questions... read full review
