City Creatures Animal Hospital provides excellent care for pets. The staff is kind and helpful, accommodating last-minute appointments. The vets, especially Dr. Ernst and Dr. Pera, are great with animals, even those who are fearful or reactive. They listen to owners' concerns and provide detailed guidance. Owners appreciate the vets' support and the time they take to answer questions. The practice has a calm aura, and both receptionists are super nice. The assistant and vets are patient and gentle with the animals. They also help owners stay within their budget. Despite some past communication issues, the office manager has addressed them, and the staff continues to be nice and helpful. Dr. Sood has been great with a very feisty cat with numerous health issues.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff who assisted with the difficult decision to say goodbye to our cat Cali. Kenny, Dr. Sood and Megan were outstanding. The care and compassion they showed left a lasting impression on our family. The time they took to make us feel welcomed and Cali comfortable was greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything.
We have been bringing our dogs to City Creatures for just about 25 years. During that time we were treated courteously and professionally by every single employee we worked with. For the past 3 years we have received excellent advice and care from Dr. Sood regarding the decline of our beloved 14 year old dog. She made his final years much easier for us to manage. When we made the difficult decision to put him down, City Creatures took care of us right away. The two techs and Dr Benton were beyond compassionate and sympathetic. Best clinic. Best staff. The staff is so caring. The techs, assistants and receptionists, all deeply care about the work they do. Their job is extremely hard and yet they still do it with a smile and amazing attitudes.They see animals in the worst shape with most people declining service to help get answers for their pets. They do not get enough credit for the work they do. If you think anyone in this line of work is in it for the money then you are mistaken! They are in it for the compassion of animals. I am beyond thankful they are my vet clinic. They saved so many of my pets.
