I made an appointment a week in advance. Even called the day before to confirm the appointment to get an estimate. I drove in all the way from nyc for this and they stood me up saying another job came up. No courtesy to even call me. So inconsiderate

I needed a 30+ foot section of gutter replaced. Called them in the afternoon, next morning Mr. Carroll called me with an estimate at 7:30, when I came home at noon the gutter was installed. Very fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Compared to the larger roofing companies I contacted, Carroll's Roofing surpassed them and I would recommend them. They were responsive, listened to what I told them, very professional yet low-key, good pricing.
