as I sit here looking at wall to wall carpet purchased from you,I want to cry...no matter what I do it always looks dirty,as soon as you step on it it leaves nasty marks,not even dark like I asked for,maybe you should train salespeople better.looks like a rug she may get better commission on selling to maybe get ride of it,I don't know but anyone I know what talks to me about buying a carpet,I will be sure to tell them how awful your company is to customers....

Don’t use this place. Paid upfront only for a worker to walk in and walk out and tell me it was a two man job. Rescheduled for two weeks later and got no information on a time or phone call when anyone would show up. By the time they came I was told it was a two day job not a one day job. The subcontractor had little information and was asking questions to me that I already went over with the store prior. Didn't remove the glue all the way from the floor so had sticky floors in parts when I first walked in the house (see pictures). Colossal waste of time and money for a subpar rushed and stressful job.

Had a rep come out. Told the rep about the area to cover ( stairs). Installer could not speak English. Paid money upfront so I had to accept the work done. Long story short-DO NOT pay in advance.
