I didn't even get an appointment or enter the building of this animal hospital, but I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation with them. When I was nervous about my dog's limping I gave them a call to inquire about pricing, but the sweet woman on the phone eased my worries and gave me suggestions on what I could do at home and to seek an appointment if I was still worried about it. Her tone and ability to reason with me and give me advice at no expense other than just pure kindness shows me that I could trust this hospital. The prices she stated seemed fair too!
