I've been going here since I was a kid. The staff is very friendly.

Not sure when I wrote the original message bit it's 2024 and they dropped a lot of insurances and kick you out of the practice if you can't pay your bill and carry a balance. Without the opportunity to pay it.

I have been a patient of this office for the last 25 years. The dental services have always be excellent. The office part has always had its drama. Today was a cleaning day for me, I have no insurance but I buy a discount plan via their recomediation for years. I made sure I had the premium paid and did not check any further because they knew what plan I had. Upon entering I was presented with three pages of forms to fill out because of a new system. Must have been too much work for the office. After the cleaning they said my bill was 160. I asked what happen to my discount plan. Answer we don't participate. After the cleaning was done. I have been going to Advantage Dentistry fro several years. I have had extensive dental work done. I have not been happy with them this past year. I call to make an appointment for a problem I am having and a young man answers and diagnoses me over the phone. He should not be doing that. He is not a dentist. I am calling because I have a problem and need to be seen by a DENTIST! I called today Tuesday at 445 because they say they are open to 5pm. They were closed. I feel like their practice is suffering and has become over crowded. I think I am going to find a new practice. Not happy here any longer.
