20/20 West Side Eye Care

I have been getting my glasses from 20/20 Westside Eyecare for almost 10 years. Dr. Kraden is hilarious and has great conversation. I have never had an issue with any of my RXs. Ken, helped with the frames and lenses, is very knowledgeable and thorough. My glasses fit perfectly and i can see!!!! ? I definitely recommend to family and friends.

This place is in a convenient location (walking distance for many who don't have cars in the area) and the service itself isn't necessarily bad, but the way the employees interact is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The actual technicians and doctors truly are fine, I'm not sure where the disconnect is or if there's just no accountability. I've been here a couple times now and the first time a woman at the desk was very rude to, what seemed like, a new girl trying to learn the job. She was insulting her for going slow and impatient with her. I was embarrassed for both of them. Now I'm here today and the same woman is at the desk but this time she is fine, but there are 2 women behind the main desk and one just demanded "If you make a mistake in your ledger LET ME TAKE CARE OF IT!" Literally everyone in the building can hear here. Before I left 2 employees were gossiping about how another employee never came in that day. It seems the receptionists [and whoever else is behind these desks] don't know the weight of their words and attitudes, or how that affects a business as a whole. It's so tense here and it's always unnecessary and quite unwelcoming to customers. If you can avoid it, go somewhere else.

I love the location of this place but when I went, they didn't have someone to help me pick out glasses. Someone came by to check on me but didn't provide helpful input. There was a wait each time I went. I wasn't greeted and the two people working the front desk had no system to keep track of who needed to be helped Selection was small and there want anything I liked.
