Stylist: Terrible attitude from the nail tech. I pointed put a mistake midway and she caught an attitude and refused to fix the nail and refused to continue service. 0/10 customer service

This place is the WORST nail I have EVER been too!!!!!! I would not ever recommend to ANYONE!!!!! First off, the staff is extremely rude with a nasty attitude when you show them their mishaps and the one lady that does the design almost yanked my hand off when I showed her she was supposed to do a “V” shape but she rounded it and smirked. At that point, I asked her to stop & let me pay she did and leave this was HORRIBLE!’ And I refuse to let them mess my nails up for my birthday!!!

I have been going to Z&Y for a while, never had a problem until recently when I went in to get a manicure, the owner was rushing me to sit with someone that I don’t usually get my nails done with. I told here I was waiting on someone else. She then said “you have to soak off the gel.” This I know, but she then goes to say, “what’s wrong with you?”, in a rude tone. I asked her if she is talking to me she said you can leave now, leave now,” fanning me off. I was attempting to talk to her saying you should not talk to your customers like that and that I have been coming here for a while but she dismissed me by walking away.
