Great staff, great accommodations of times and are quick and efficient. I got large jumbo knotless braids and I was out of there in two hours or less. Price was a little bit outlandish so not sure if I'd go back.

I've given this place countless chances and spent thousands here over the ten years I've been going because it's close to my home and convenient, but I've reached a breaking point. They deliberately don't do what you ask for after you show and demonstrate what you want and they agree they can do it and give you a price; they do the style that they want to do - braids that are bigger and faster to do - and now they're overcharging for it. I've had braiders here do the first two or three in the size and length I asked (medium, bra strap length) in the back of my head to assure me it's what I asked for, before turning me from the mirror and doing what she wants--it tends to be the same stiff, bulky large braids that go down to my butt that they put on everyone. Three hours later there's an apologetic whisper that "they're a little long", and when I'm vocal that it's the umpteenth time this has been pulled, and without fail they offer to "fix it" by hacking away the braids in a manner that will make them look unraveled and thick at the ends. I'm tired. I'm done dealing with the unprofessional manipulation and the disingenuous. I'm tired of the insensitive handling of clients' hair and arguing them when they ask for a lighter touch, a straighter part, etc. I'm done with the apathy around doing any other style but bulky, stiff, butt length box braids. I'm done with this place.

The last time I went I asked for box braids and she gave me twists with braids at the bottom like ?????? For the most part the service is straight forward but its not good or amendable.. They don't listen to the hair style that you want so if you want anything creative or distinct go somewhere else tbh.Service: Hairstyling
