GREAT place !! SO few places have a mailbox ? key ? copying (bc guess what? the OWNER HAS TO give it to you, IDEALLY??) so THIS place had it FINALLY & those 2 copies worked !! [unlike HORRIBLE ‘KeyMe’ kiosk copy that came from KY to NYC & didn’t EVEN work! at least they refunded ofc..??‍♀️]

Arrived so quickly after texting a photo of our lock. He came with various tools in case we needed a more involved solution but ended up using something simple and got us in in under 5 minutes. The lock remained intact. My kids were so eager to get inside and he was incredibly fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I feel like another locksmith would have overcomplicated things and charged more. He had to shove the door a little so if you need a gentler touch just ask. We live in a doorman building and the job was perfect.

Had an emergency and Jacob arrived within an hour of my call, after first trying to talk me through opening the door over the phone. He even sent a link for me to track his trip to my place so I wasn’t wondering when he would arrive. He’ll be my first call next time I need a locksmith.
