I recently started using daycare and boarding at woofs n whiskers. They came highly recommended from my veterinarian. Extremely pleased is an understated rating. The facility is fabulous, indoor and outdoor. The staff is efficient and kind. They emailed me immediately when there was a minor problem. I highly recommend them and Buddie (my dog) does as well.
After a terrible experience at House Pet Grooming and Trainer in the Bronx, we were understandably nervous about boarding our two cats again.
In April, we decided to try Woofs 'n Whiskers, and they completely exceeded our expectations. The staff took excellent care of our pets, and it was clear they were well-fed, hydrated, and comfortable throughout their 7-day stay. The only downside was the drive to Brooklyn during rush hour, but it was worth every minute for the peace of mind we received. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares for your pets, Woofs 'n Whiskers is the way to go.
I have been using this day care for years, this is my second dog that they have attended to. Have used them for dog walking, day care and boarding. The space is great because they have a very large outdoor space and the dogs get alot of activity and socialization. We have used them for boarding for the last few years and there have been no issues. Have not been able to find anywhere else that has such a facility.
