15 min wait time at most always with Dr. Oksana Levieva. She has been my doctor for over a year and I think she sets the bar high for doctors world-wide with her expertise, intelligence, and quick successful diagnosis time after time. I been to her with different concerns that together made me feel physically 20+ years older. I now feel 15 years younger. She is a new doctor to this facility with an incredible super quick wait time although I would be happy waiting 3hrs for a good doctor like her. I dont understand why we expect doctors to speed through helping patients. They are not a fast food service.

*update* During a follow-up call, I actually got to speak to the nurse that initially greeted me on the 2nd floor on the day of my appointment. She was warm and genuinely caring on our call today. We acknowledged the review I previously wrote and she explained that there was an influx of patients that day because the doctor was going on vacation and all the staff were just concentrating on trying to get all the patients seen before the doctor left. In my particular encounter she was in the middle of a chart and was fully concentrating when I approached the desk. I think she just happened to be using the computer in the first chair off the elevator and wasn't necessarily the receptionist, so I can see how she may have been caught off guard. We had a heart to heart on the phone as we discussed my review and she's actually a really nice person and I'm glad we got to chat on a human to human level. It seems that it was just a bad day and a miscommunication with this nurse.
