I almost don't want to leave a glowing review because this spot is my oasis and I want to keep it to myself. 3.5 star rating on Yelp shows how nuts this website is and how deeply unfair the customer service industry is. I come here 2-3 times a month. As a Jersey girl relocated to NYC, I've gotten my nails done a few thousand times in my life. Wi Nails has always given me 1.) the best gel manicure you can buy 2.) the most soothing experience. Everyone who works here is lovely. Manicures take a bit longer but that's because we're going for perfection here folks. Give over to the tranquil atmosphere and let peace wash over you, you'll end up appreciating the additional 15 minutes it takes.

Everyone is great here I would recommend all the ladies. I go to Lily, she wonderful! They pay attention to detail and everything is so clean. Also a very relaxing environment. Love Wi Nail & Spa.
