The technician was late and arrived in an unmarked van,didn't apologise for being late.He then steam cleaned the carpet and while he did, he tried to remove stains with his dirty boots by rubbing the stain backwards and forwards,disgusting? After he finished he emptied the dirty murky water on the nature strip.
