The service department are a team of expert's, in particular via the desk of Sabina . The video from the service technician showing the updated software to better navigate the dashboard is very useful. Thanks! However the coordination for the pick up and drop off - of the car is not very efficient - seems that the Volvo dispatcher does not communicate in a timely way to the third party drivers for this service - therefore causing delays and confusion.

I had a great experience with this dealer .I expected it to be too expensive and I expected to be talked into doing unnecessary work on my car instead, they fixed what I asked charged a good price and they were super polite and efficient. I also like e that they communicate with me through text links,

Great experience from beginning to end. I’m from Montreal and while I was visiting New York I got a flat tire. I called Volvo Brooklyn and they were wonderful to deal with. As soon as I showed up with the tow truck I knew that I was in good hands. Wonderful team, kind attention and great service 5 gold stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
