Good overall experience although I had to follow-up frequently to get updates on work status. No loaner vehicles available. Better communication will move from good to great experience.
My experience with Volvo Brooklyn was absolutely top-notch. I worked with Josh, and from start to finish he kept me fully in the loop. The appointment was smooth, efficient, and well organized. I really appreciated that he carefully surveyed my car and made thoughtful recommendations that actually saved me both time and money—no pressure, just honest guidance.
