very kind nail technicians who took the time to do a careful, attentive job for my manicure. Julia even offered to combine two colors for me since I couldn't decide. Hard to beat price as well. Thank you!!

I'm never the type to write reviews, but I felt after coming to this place it definitely deserved a GREAT one! First of all, I walked in casually and I felt genuinely welcomed to walk in by the gentleman behind the register & the manicurist who did an excellent job for my pedicure & gel manicure. They treated me with genuine kindness and not like I was just another customer. I get this vibe all the time, especially with other Park Slope salons. I was also reassured that the equipment was properly sterilized in conversation (I didn't even have to ask). Seeing how a lot of salons looks great inside, it doesn't necessarily mean the tools are sanitized and Venus B Nails went above and beyond my expectations for their services & clean equipment. I will definitely be coming back as a regular. The lady who took care of me was Mary. I loved her! Also, I was given awesome advice about the neon yellow I had on when I walked in. I was told that for the neon yellow to stand out more it should've been on top of a white base. I didn't realize this and it's so true. I got the neon pedicure/manicure on Nails on Fifth & they didn't tell me this or suggested it. All this time I was left wondering why my nails didn't look quite right. Now that I know better thanks to Venus B Nails and I will be coming back to them for the perfect Neon yellow polish. This is the level of customer service that really captured me as a new customer and the reason why I will be coming back aside from the beautiful mani/pedi :) Don't let all the other negative reviews affect giving Venus B a chance. These people are clearly bitter & cheap by the context of their complaints. They do quality work!
